About AQTools

AQTools is a growing collection of free, fast, browser-based utility tools — formatters, converters, generators, and calculators for everyday tasks and everyday developer work.

There's no sign-up, no installs, and no accounts. Every tool runs entirely in your browser: the text you paste, the files you convert, and the passwords you generate never get uploaded to a server. What you type stays on your device.

Why we built it

Most days call for a quick, boring utility — count some words, format some JSON, generate a password — and most of the tools online for that make you wait through ads, pop-ups, or a sign-up wall for something that should take five seconds. AQTools is our attempt at the opposite: fast to load, simple to use, and free.

How it's funded

AQTools is supported by a small amount of display advertising around the tools (never on top of them). That's what keeps the site free with no accounts or paywalls. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ads work here.
